We focus on providing quality products that meet the expectations of our customers. ‘Design Your Nest’ warrants its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser of the product during
the warranty period. This warranty extends from the date of installation and is based on normal usage of the product. This warranty does not apply to possible
damage caused by misuse or field modifications of the product made after installation. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product such as laminate chipping or the soiling
and fading of fabrics.
Warranty details:
1. If the ply get swelled without water seepage – We will inspect and repair or replace it
2. If the laminate get bubble marks as per pasting – We will inspect and repair or replace it
3. If the Edge Banding Peel off – We will inspect and repair or replace it
4. Electrical fitting and Appliances – As per the company / brand purchased by the customer.
5. Components like Channels / Hinges – As per Manufacturer
Note : The exposed finishes are subject to availability and slight difference between the old exposed finish vs the new exposed finish. the warranty will not be applicable if the material is being choose by the client of different
brand.
6. The Accesories of the product comes with a warranty of 1 to 10 years from the manufacturer and will be specifically mentioned as such if any.
7. Warranty terms and conditions are fixed, non – negotiable, non-transferable, and only benefit the original purchasers of the products/services.
8. Warranty is not applicable on products that are not in the scope of Design Your Nest or purchased by an external vendor.
9. Warranty will be applicable on products only, but service charges have to be paid for by the client. The service charges are applicable on additional work such as electrical, plumbing, civil, or other than woodwork.
10. Warranty applies only when the complete payment as per agreement is being paid.
1. Our team utilizes Google Sketchup to produce a 3D model, providing clients with a more comprehensive understanding of how space is being utilized, the volume of furniture, and the circulation space.
2. We provide 3D render views to help clients understand the actual executed design.
3. Design Your Nest provides flooring coverage by corrogated cart board as part of our service, which ensures that your flooring is protected from damage and dirt. NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES
4. Design Your Nest provides a one-time deep cleaning service for your entire home before the handover. NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES
5. The Design to handover period, including all additional work such as electrical, plumbing, civil, painting, and deep cleaning, will vary based on the size of the project.
A. For a 2-BHK, the timeline will be between 45 to 60 days (75 days for veneer/duco finish)
B. For a 3-BHK it will be between 60 to 75days (90 days for veneer/duco finish)
C. For a 4-BHK it will be between 90 to 100 days (120 days for veneer/duco finish)
D. For a Villa, it will be between 100 to 120 days (150 days for veneer/duco finish)
E. For a Independent Bungalow, it will be between 140 to 165 days (180 days for veneer/duco finish)
Note – These timelines are subjected to Client Availablity and Decision making
6. Any additional work or redo work that is not included in the costing sheet will be charged separately, and it will require extra time to complete the work.
7. We manufacture all units in our factory, and carpentry assembly is done on site. All finishes are factory-finished, ensuring a high-quality result.
8. 75% of the woodwork is done in the factory, with the remaining 25% completed on site.
9. In addition, we install CCTV cameras 📸 to provide real-time updates to our clients. The internet connectivity needs to be provided by the Client . However, we will discuss the CCTV footage only once a week.
10. Once the money paid from customer to Design Your Nest, it is not going to be refund only It can be utilized to create any product after deducting the service charges.
