Well, first of all thanks a lot for making our dream home Shitiz and team. There are few things I would like to highlight:
1 Quality of the work: I am amused to see the work in reality, the observation to all the minute things in incredible.
2. Virtual to reality: 3D rendering work is very close to the reality, infarct it looks even better in real.
3. Transparent & Innovative: Thanks a lot for all the ideas which were given to us to help us make the home even creative. Also, inclusion of thoughts like, with less money what best we will get in the market.
4. Agility: Really thanks for all the agility you shown during the entire journey.
5. Budget Friendly: Thank you for all the budget friendly out of the box thinking ideas. They are truly amazing
On time delivery: we got the final handover before the promised date with zero compromise on quality. Amazing team work.
6. Fantastic team: Never shutdown with any thoughts at any point, always the word I hear is "ho Jayega", just a couple of calls we'll see that in reality. Kudos to the team!!!

Finally, I would recommend DYN for your dream home too. I have no regrets in choosing this team as this was my first home and totally satisfied with the work. Not a good experience during the initial design phase with the team   -
1. Initial design shared by the designer had lot of flaws. Wasn't taking into account the dimensions of the walls etc. Placed cupboards randomly on any of the walls without understanding the door width etc
2. Kitchen design was again not upto the mark.
3. Had to sit on a call for 1 hour with the designer to get the changes done. Post the call, design again shared by the designer wasn't which was discussed on the call
Overall - Lost the faith in the team and decided to cancel the project

PS - They didn't refund the amount paid as advance (I only asked for 50% refund of the advance considering some effort which the team had put to come with basic design). So, be cautious while transferring any advance payment to them
