Schedule of Work

STEP 01 - AFTER 5% OF THE PAYMENT - NON-REFUNDABLE

  1. We will do the measurement of the site, and prepare the sketch model in Google sketch up.
  2. We will send you welcome mail which will consist of - questionnaire ppt (ask you in detail about your requirements, you need to share your existing home pictures and desired living style from our library), project management chart (date wise journey from start to handover).
  3. We will work on the model to install furniture as per your requirements (design your dream home), then do the first design presentation to you in our office.
  4. Selection of exposed material and other artifacts, furniture, and furnishings.

STEP 02 - AFTER 15% OF THE PAYMENT - NON REFUNDABLE – (INCLUDING ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, AND CIVIL MODIFICATION)

  1. Will send to 3d rendering to get the 3d render views
  2. Prepare the production drawings with details of internal and external structure and finishes along with a costing sheet
  3. We will provide you with the tentative costing sheet for additional work on-site: electrical, plumbing, painting, civil and other additional work. But final costing will be as per actual usage and measurements.
  4. Discount will not be applicable on additional work that will be as per actual.
  5. We will cover the flooring through corrugated sheets for the protection of the flooring

STEP 03 - AFTER 75% OF THE PAYMENT - NON REFUNDABLE

  1. Electrical modification, civil modification, plumbing modification - has to be completed
  2. False ceiling work has to be completed
  3. Painters has to finish putty and primer work
  4. Mean while carpenters will be working in the factory - laminate pressing, cutting, edge banding, and joinery of smaller units.
  5. Dispatch the material at site and installation of structure need to be completed
  6. Carpenter will finish their work with hardware and fitting except for handles and lock
  7. The electrician will fix all the switches and lights
  8. Painters will cover all the units
  9. Finish the painting
  10. Fixing of handles and locks
  11. Deep cleaning and preparation for handover

STEP 04 - AT THE TIME OF HANDOVER 5% OF THE PAYMENT – NON-REFUNDABLE - PAYMENT HAS TO BE DONE IN FULL AT THE TIME OF HANDOVER DAY (WITHOUT CONSIDERING SNAGS) - IF THERE ARE ANY SNAGS THAT WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF WITHIN 48HOURS TO 10 DAYS.

  1. Handover will be done with cake cutting.
  2. Handover the warranty documents, keys, and handover kit

DETAILS

  1. We will do design in Google Sketch up 3D model for understanding of space utilization, volume of furniture, circulation space
  2. 3D render view for understanding of 75% of actual executed design, 25% variation of actual will be there due to pictorial presentation to actual, colour combination due to natural and artificial lights and real texture of material available in the market v/s pictorial presentation. 3D render views will be done once if the client want changes or alteration it will be charged as Rs. 3500/- per view
  3. Coverage of flooring will be done by designing your nest to safeguard your flooring from damage and dirt.
  4. Deep cleaning will be provided for the complete home by design your nest only once before handover
  5. After design finalization, production to handover period including all additional work like (electrical, plumbing, civil, painting and deep cleaning) will be
    • FOR 2-BHK – 60 TO 70 DAYS (VENEER/DUCO FINISH – 90 DAYS)
    • FOR 3-BHK – 80 TO 100 DAYS (VENEER/DUCO FINISH – 120 DAYS)
    • FOR 4-BHK – 90 TO 110 DAYS (VENEER/DUCO FINISH – 140 DAYS)
    • FOR VILLA – 100 TO 120 DAYS (VENEER/DUCO FINISH – 150 DAYS)
      • After design finalization, production to handover period excluding all additional work like (electrical, plumbing, civil and painting) will be
    • FOR 2-BHK – 45 TO 60 DAYS (VENEER/DUCO FINISH – 75 DAYS)
    • FOR 3-BHK – 60 TO 75 DAYS (VENEER/DUCO FINISH – 95 DAYS)
    • FOR 4-BHK – 75 TO 90 DAYS (VENEER/DUCO FINISH – 125 DAYS)
    • FOR VILLA – 90 TO 100 DAYS (VENEER/DUCO FINISH – 130 DAYS)
  6. Any redo work or additional work other than the costing sheet will be charged extra and we need extra time also.
  7. The formation of all the units will be done in the factory, assembly will be carpentry and all the finishes will be factory finish.
  8. 75% of the woodwork will be done in the factory, the rest will be at the site.
  9. Carcass will be in ply with 0.8mm internal laminate and shutters will be in HDHMR board. If the exposed finish will be acrylic then the internal laminate of the shutter will be white.
  10. We will install CCTV CAMERA 📸 for getting the real-time update of the work anytime to the client. But we will discuss on CCTV footage only once in a week time.

Terms and Conditions

PRICE AND RATES

  1. Prices are inclusive of all soft close hinge and soft close channels.
  2. There are standards for wardrobe internals. If the client asks for more partitions and accessories that will be charged extra.
  3. Prices of any product will change if there will be changes in designs dimensions, core material, type of product, exposed finish, handle choice, and hardware choice.
  4. We use MR GARDE - ISO 303, BWP - ISO 710.
  5. If the client need some other brand of material, hardware or exposed finish then the price variation will beared by the client
  6. The cost sheet and rates will be applicable three months from the first proposal. If market raise the price design your nest will raise the rates.

WARRANTY AND MAINTAINANCE

  1. Warranty on wooden material like ply and commercial boards will be lifetime - conditions like
    • Ply - wood get swelled without water seepage
    • Edge Banding coming out
    • Laminate pasting get bubble mark
  2. The hardware of the product may come with a 1-year to 10-years warranty from the manufacturer and will be specifically mentioned as such and if any.
  3. Warranty terms and conditions are fixed, non-negotiable, non-transferable and only benefits the original purchases of the product.
  4. Warranty is not applicable on products which are not in the scope of design your nest or purchased by the external vendor.
  5. Warranty will be applicable on products only, but service has to be paid by the client (apply on additional work like electrical, plumbing, civil or other than woodwork)
